Description

You will coordinate Agile Release Trains across multiple teams in a financial services environment, ensuring delivery alignment and risk management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and facilitate PI Planning, system demos, and retrospectives.
• Identify, track, and resolve risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers across teams.
• Support release planning, coordination, and execution activities.
• Communicate delivery status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in Agile delivery or project execution roles.
• Background in Quality Assurance (QA) or Business Analysis (BA).
• Basic understanding of Agile and/or SAFe frameworks.
• Entry-level to intermediate experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines.
• Experience working with development, QA, and product teams in financial services.
• Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
• Ability to adhere to Agile practices and financial industry controls.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex multi-team coordination in regulated environments.
