Description

You will lead a technical Scaled Agile train supporting Power Platform development, managing release plans, resource allocation, and delivery execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI Planning, execution, and synchronization meetings including Scrum of Scrums and Program Committee Meetings.
• Manage and optimize value flow through the ART using Program Kanban and information radiators.
• Drive delivery by managing release plans, resource allocation, risks, schedules, and budgets.
• Coach managers, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindset.
• Conduct Inspect and Adapt workshops and facilitate System Demos to assess ART agility.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer.
• 3+ years of experience managing Power Platform development teams.
• SAFe SPC or RTE Certification.
• PMP and Scrum Master Certification.
• Experience leading software development teams through Program Increment and iteration planning.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Version One, or Team Foundation Server.
• Expertise in Microsoft Project, Visio, and MS Office.
• Experience managing Program Increment Backlogs and complex IT systems.
