Description

Lead Agile Release Trains to ensure seamless delivery and alignment across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI Planning, ART syncs, and other essential ART events.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and dependencies across the train.
• Drive continuous improvement using Inspect and Adapt workshops and feedback mechanisms.
• Coordinate AWS and Guidewire migration efforts to ensure minimal disruption.
• Track and report on key metrics to monitor ART performance and health.

Required Skills

• SAFe RTE certification or equivalent Agile certification.
• 5+ years of experience as an RTE or in a similar IT role.
• Deep understanding of SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire migration projects.
• Proficiency with Jira or Rally.
• Strong facilitation and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex dependencies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the insurance industry.
• Advanced certifications in Agile methodologies.
