Description
You will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes to drive team delivery and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Lead and support quarterly planning sessions.
- Identify and resolve team impediments through active collaboration.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing feedback from retrospectives.
- Report status updates, including risks, actions, issues, and dependencies, to stakeholders.
- Ensure backlog adherence to platform vision, mission, OKRs, and product roadmaps.
- Coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and best practices.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Agile Scrum environments.
- Expertise in facilitating all Scrum ceremonies.
- Proven ability to manage dependencies and risks.
- Experience conducting quarterly planning.
- Ability to align backlogs with OKRs and product roadmaps.
- Strong coaching skills regarding Agile methodologies.
- Any Graduate degree.
