Description

You will own the delivery process across multiple teams, guiding them through the software delivery lifecycle using Agile concepts and practices.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams through the software delivery lifecycle using Agile concepts and practices.
• Communicate effectively with various teams and stakeholders across different business areas.
• Analyze system functionality alongside customers to resolve production issues.
• Apply calculated risk to deliver solutions and take on technical challenges.

Required Skills

• 6+ years in software delivery, combining hands-on development or team management.
• Strong understanding of Agile concepts and practices and the delivery lifecycle.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills with experience in people management.
• Ability to multitask effectively while collaborating across diverse teams.
• Technical understanding of Spring Boot, Java, JavaScript, Angular, Restful Services, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Db2, PostgreSQL, and MSSQL database technologies.
• Experience or understanding of Node JS, Spring, AWS, and Microservices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in development or analysis roles within the delivery process.
