Description

Oversee medium-sized or two small to medium release trains with complex scope and inter-dependencies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile processes at the program and train level.
• Manage communication and collaboration between Agile teams within the Agile Release Train (ART).
• Plan periodic reviews and planning sessions.
• Support and coordinate four scrum teams.
• Run meetings for both stakeholders and internal teams.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Release Train Engineer.
• Direct experience working within an Agile Release Train (ART).
• Proficiency in SAFe processes.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of documented patterns and techniques for addressing gaps in the Scrum approach.
• Ability to facilitate meetings with stakeholders and technical teams.
• SAFe certification (active or non-active).
