Description

You will lead and facilitate execution for large-scale Agile Release Trains within a financial project environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI planning events, System Demos, and Inspect and Adapt workshops to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage and optimize value flow by tracking impediments, risks, and dependencies.
• Coach leadership, Scrum Masters, and teams in SAFe, agile mindsets, and new processes.
• Partner with Product Management and the Agile PMO to ensure strategy alignment and adherence to Lean Budgets.
• Assess DevOps and Release on Demand practices to improve value stream delivery.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Scrum or Agile experience.
• 4+ years of Scaled Agile Practitioner experience in transformational environments.
• Expertise playing the Release Train Engineer role for large initiatives or Agile Release Trains.
• Proven experience with Scaled Agile frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Lean thinking and DevOps practices.
• Experience managing program execution and operational excellence within Lean Budgets.
• Ability to facilitate communities of practice and engineering built-in quality practices.
• Background in financial projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Continuous Delivery Pipeline optimization.
