Description

Facilitate process and execution for the Agile Release Train (ART) to drive continuous improvement and integration.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI planning events and summarize team objectives into visible Program PI Objectives.
• Manage and optimize value flow through the program by addressing impediments, risks, and dependencies.
• Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in SAFe, agile mindsets, and new processes.
• Improve value stream flow by assessing DevOps and Release on Demand practices within the Continuous Delivery Pipeline.
• Drive relentless improvement through Inspect and Adapt workshops and System Demos.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in agile project management with varying size and complexity.
• Proven expertise playing the Release Train Engineer role for large initiatives or Agile Release Trains.
• Deep knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, practices, and frameworks.
• Strong facilitation and teaching methods to drive program execution.
• Effective coaching and mentoring approaches.
• Ability to drive decisions and resolve conflicts across multiple parties.
• Experience working with Lean Budgets and operational excellence guardrails.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Agile certifications including SAFe RTE, SPC, or CSM.
• Experience with DevOps practices.
