Own the Agile Release Train flow, optimizing value delivery through facilitation, metrics, and coaching.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI Planning, managing logistics and ensuring backlog readiness.
• Drive ART synchronization events including Coach Sync, ART Sync, Architect Sync, PO Sync, I&A, IP Iteration, and System Demo.
• Optimize flow by establishing pull systems, conducting value stream mapping, and reducing cross-team dependencies.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Management, System Architects, and Business Owners on ART roles and practices.
• Track ART predictability, velocity, cycle time, and other flow metrics to drive relentless improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile facilitation or similar roles.
• Expertise in facilitating Coach Sync, ART Sync, Architect Sync, and PO Sync.
• Experience managing I&A, IP Iteration, and System Demo events.
• Proficiency in WSJF and backlog refinement.
• Ability to apply systems thinking to identify and resolve problems.
• Strong public speaking skills for presenting to large audiences.
• Experience with AgilityHealth TeamHealth Assessments and SAFe core competency self-assessments.

Preferred Skills

• DevOps, continuous delivery, and built-in quality practices.
