Description

You will facilitate Agile Release Train operations and optimize value delivery through scaled agile practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI Planning, managing logistics, backlog readiness, and WSJF.
• Coach ART roles, including System Architects, Product Management, and Business Owners.
• Manage ART synchronization events such as Coach Sync, ART Sync, Architect Sync, and PO Sync.
• Track flow metrics including predictability, velocity, and cycle time to drive continuous improvement.
• Optimize value stream flow by establishing pull systems and reducing cross-team dependencies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile environments.
• SAFe Release Train Engineer 6.0 certification.
• Scaled Agile Practice Consultant 6.0 certification.
• AgilityHealth Facilitator certification.
• Expertise in ART backlog readiness and WSJF.
• Experience facilitating Coach Sync, Architect Sync, and PO Sync.
• Ability to manage product management and business owner alignment.
• Proficiency in value stream mapping and flow measurement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with logistics management for large-scale events.
