Description

Coordinate and facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure smooth, consistent software delivery in a distributed environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the ART to drive consistent delivery of software products.
• Lead, guide, and support ART team members through Agile processes.
• Troubleshoot complex issues within distributed systems.
• Apply logical thinking to resolve delivery bottlenecks and technical blockers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years of direct experience functioning as a Release Train Engineer.
• Deep understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Hands-on experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage delivery in distributed environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
