Description

You will facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning and manage Agile Release Train (ART) events to ensure delivery alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI Planning and full ART events, managing cross-team dependencies and impediments.
• Drive program risk management and maintain accurate, timely reporting between delivery teams and governance functions.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Lean-Agile practices, embedding best-practice frameworks to improve operational efficiency.
• Deliver high-impact presentations to executive leadership and manage stakeholder communications effectively.
• Track flow, metrics, and reporting using Agile program management tooling.

Required Skills

• SAFe RTE certification (or SAFe SPC/Agilist) with 2+ years of hands-on ART facilitation experience.
• 7+ years in program/project delivery or Agile delivery leadership.
• Proven experience facilitating PI Planning and managing cross-team dependencies in a SAFe environment.
• Strong proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, or Jira Align for tracking metrics and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of executive-level presentations.
• Experience with project management practices, including creating reusable templates and standardizing workflows.
• Ability to manage program risk and impediments across multiple Agile teams.

Preferred Skills

• PMI certification.
• Experience operating within or alongside a Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) at enterprise scale.
• Background in IT program management and portfolio-level reporting.
