Description

You will lead full lifecycle software implementation projects in retail supply chain and merchandising planning.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deliver RELEX software solutions for demand forecasting and replenishment.
• Conduct process development workshops and act as a trusted advisor to align best practices with client objectives.
• Develop solution design documents, process maps, and UI workflow designs for projects.
• Analyze KPIs and customer data to inform decisions and drive process improvements.
• Manage change management and solution adoption with key customer stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, retail operations, or business consulting.
• Certified in RELEX software with hands-on implementation experience in SCM environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience conducting workshops, delivering training, and creating customer-facing documentation.
• Independent project management skills and confidence in stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with supply chain and merchandising planning value generation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with planning software such as Blue Yonder, SAP, or Oracle RPAS.
• Project leadership or mentoring experience.
