You will manage equipment reliability and deployment processes to prevent system failures.
Responsibilities
Analyze reliability problems and develop action plans to meet customer demands and cost constraints.
Manage product rollouts and deployments within the production environment.
Develop and implement site predictive and preventative engineering policies for all equipment and systems.
Create analysis methods to determine the reliability of components, equipment, and processes using data acquisition and trend analysis.
Generate monthly reliability reports, diagrams, and calculations to recommend system improvements.
Required Skills
6+ years of experience in Build and Release Management & Engineering.
Proven background in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment, systems, or procedural failures.
Proficiency with Jenkins and Git.
Technical knowledge of assembly line mechanical components including bearings, ball-screws, belts, conveyors, air cylinders, pumps, gear boxes, hydraulics, and robots.
Ability to interpret mechanical and hydraulic systems and technical drawings.
Experience implementing predictive maintenance policies to increase asset availability.
Ability to gather and analyze data to drive improvement projects.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the Banking Domain (Cards).
Experience with deployment systems pertaining to Operations & Infrastructure.
