Description

You will manage equipment reliability and deployment processes to prevent system failures and ensure production stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reliability problems and develop action plans to meet customer demands and cost constraints.
• Manage product rollouts and deployments within the production environment.
• Develop and implement site predictive and preventative engineering policies for all equipment and systems.
• Create analysis methods to determine the reliability of components, equipment, and processes using data acquisition and trend analysis.
• Generate monthly reliability reports, diagrams, and calculations to recommend system improvements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Build and Release Management & Engineering.
• Proficiency with Jenkins and Git.
• Proven background in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment, systems, or procedural failures.
• Technical knowledge of assembly line mechanical components including bearings, ball-screws, belts, conveyors, air cylinders, pumps, gear boxes, hydraulics, and robots.
• Ability to interpret mechanical and hydraulic systems and technical drawings.
• Experience implementing predictive maintenance policies to increase asset availability.
• Ability to gather and analyze data to drive improvement projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Banking Domain (Cards).
• Experience with deployment systems pertaining to Operations & Infrastructure.
