You define maintenance strategies and manage technical deliverables for rotary equipment across the project lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify equipment needs and guide maintenance strategy selection.
• Compare existing strategies and recommend best practices to customers.
• Apply configuration changes to functional designs, including security and policies.
• Manage technical deliverables throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years industry experience in maintenance and reliability of rotary equipment.
• Experience in Oil & Gas domain preferred.
• Knowledge of architectural topology like GE APM systems.
• Proficiency with Family Policies, Behaviors, Risk Matrix, and Dashboards.
• Ability to configure Queries, Graphs, Reports, and APM Policies.
• Expertise in Strategy Rules, Schedules, and business rules.
• Solid understanding of Asset Integrity and Equipment Maintenance functions.

Preferred Skills

• B.E. / B.Tech. / M.Tech in Electronics, Computer Science, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Petroleum.
• Strong communication and leadership skills in multicultural teams.
