Description

You will manage asset maintenance optimization and technical failure analysis within a manufacturing environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform Risk-Based analysis using Criticality Analysis and Failure Modes Effect Analysis.
• Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and machine debugging to resolve system issues.
• Manage asset maintenance systems by optimizing Bill of Materials, Critical Spares, and Asset Hierarchy.
• Apply electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic principles to maintain mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (EHS) standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Risk-Based analysis tools.
• Working knowledge of Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).
• Proficiency reading Technical Drawings, Blueprints, P&IDs, and technical manuals.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing and machine debugging.
• Understanding of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance technologies.
• Knowledge of tool room and assembly processes and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Project.

Preferred Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• CMRP, CRL, or Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
