Description

You will apply data science principles to develop and deploy asset performance monitoring tools, facilitating reliability-centered maintenance assessments.

Responsibilities

• Implement PdM/CBM technologies and collaborate with SMEs to apply Six Sigma methodologies for improving maintenance strategies.
• Train teams and develop reliability tools including RCM, FMEA, RCA, reliability models, and statistical analysis.
• Utilize CMMS platforms such as SAP or Maximo to manage maintenance data and apply OEE metrics.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing Systems to optimize operations and maintain equipment effectiveness.
• Develop advanced visualizations and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for data analysis and programming.
• Experience with Tableau and data visualization tools.
• Ability to develop advanced visualizations via R-shiny, Dash, or JavaScript.
• Strong background in statistics and programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Practical experience with OEE (operational equipment effectiveness) metrics.
• Degree in any field with 1 year of relevant experience.

• Engineering degree.
