You own the reliability strategy and execution for critical services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and maintain Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and error budgets.
• Lead major incident response, crisis management, and post-incident review processes.
• Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, and automated failure detection mechanisms.
• Measure and reduce operational toil through automation, tooling, and process optimization.
• Design, validate, and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, networking, and cloud-native architectures.
• Proven experience leading incident management and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Strong experience implementing observability platforms (e.g., Splunk) and monitoring frameworks.
• Experience designing SLO/SLI frameworks and implementing error budget models.
• Experience in performance engineering, scalability planning, and system optimization.
• Experience implementing automation using scripting or Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Experience working in DevOps-driven and Agile environments.
