Description

Lead performance engineering and testing efforts to ensure system stability and efficiency.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance engineering efforts for core applications.
• Develop monitoring scripts to track system health and performance metrics.
• Perform performance tuning across the full application stack.
• Analyze performance data across UI, middleware, and backend databases.

Required Skills

• 7 years of performance engineering and performance testing experience.
• 5-6 years of experience working with .NET and Java applications.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and Shell scripting for monitoring.
• Experience using application monitoring tools such as AppDynamics or DataDog.
• Technical understanding of UI, Middleware, and backend Databases.
• BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• 5 years of Splunk programming proficiency.
• Experience with Splunk, DataDog, or DynaTrace.
