Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure the Reltio (MDM) platform, including ongoing operational maintenance.
• Manage users and access controls, ensuring secure and correct permissions across the platform.
• Support data governance activities, including governance workflows and policy enforcement.
• Coordinate and troubleshoot integrations to ensure accurate and timely data exchange.
• Provide production support for Reltio, including issue triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution.

Skills Required:

• 6-12 years of IT experience with hands-on MDM platform administration
• Reltio administration and platform support
• MDM (Master Data Management) operations and administration
• Data governance experience, including governance processes and controls
• Integrations and production support experience for reliable platform operations

Good to Have:

• ETL experience
• Data quality experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
