Description

Develop and implement Remedy solutions for a contact center environment, owning the full lifecycle from requirement gathering to testing and documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Remedy applications using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Transform Maps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for system enhancements.
• Build integrations between Remedy and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Perform unit testing and maintain technical documentation for all Remedy solutions.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Remedy Developer with hands-on implementation.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, including functions, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Python scripting and working with Oracle databases.
• Comfortable working in Linux environments and writing shell scripts.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS within the Remedy context.
• Basic knowledge of database management and SQL for data queries.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
