Description

You will design and develop features for future product releases using BMC Remedy ARS.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new features for product releases.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Architects to define requirement scopes.
• Resolve product defects and technical issues.
• Coordinate development work with geographically diverse, cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of product development experience using BMC Remedy ARS.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial enterprise software products.
• Proficiency in BMC Remedy ARS workflow development.
• Deep functional and design knowledge of the BMC Remedy ITSM Suite.
• Experience developing or accessing Web Services using SOAP and REST protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot multi-layered applications.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Web development experience using JavaScript and JSON.
