Description

You will design, develop, and maintain BMC Remedy applications and workflows to support ITSM systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize Remedy forms, filters, escalations, and active links based on business requirements.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning for Remedy environments.
• Manage Remedy API integrations with external systems.
• Administer Remedy servers hosted on Linux platforms.
• Write and maintain Shell or Python scripts for automation and maintenance tasks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Remedy development.
• Proficiency in BMC Remedy AR System, ITSM Suite, Smart Reporting, and Developer Studio.
• Strong Linux administration experience using Red Hat, CentOS, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Shell, Bash, or Python scripting.
• Experience with SQL and database systems including Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Proven problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to maintain technical documentation for system configurations and procedures.

Preferred Skills
