Description

You will lead the security architecture vision and strategy for the organization, translating high-level strategies into actionable reference architectures. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Shape the security architecture roadmap and provide architectural oversight to ensure alignment with security standards and business goals.
• Lead the Security Architecture team and oversee the current Security Architect.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to embed security practices into technology initiatives.
• Guide security reviews, architectural assessments, and risk management processes for major projects.
• Identify security gaps across enterprise systems and advise on governance frameworks and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

• Proven experience overseeing and directing security architecture functions at the Senior Manager level or higher.
• Ability to translate complex security architecture concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with strategic leadership and architectural guidance across enterprise security initiatives.
• Expertise in risk management, security policies, and governance frameworks.
• Capability to represent security interests during architectural decision-making across business and technology domains.
• Experience maturing security architecture functions within a cybersecurity team.

Preferred Skills

• Director-level leadership experience.
