You will design, implement, and maintain software systems and features across the entire stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts by directing internal and external team members.
• Design, develop, and support software components across the full stack.
• Perform root cause analysis for complex technical issues and implement permanent solutions.
• Drive software change and release management processes to improve SDLC maturity.
• Mentor engineers through coaching, training, and technical advice.
• Collaborate with IT management, technical delivery teams, and vendors to deliver solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of professional programming experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in Javascript, C++, Kotlin, Vue.js, Php, and Jquery.
• Experience designing and implementing large-scale information systems.
• Proven ability to lead others and manage technical tasks, estimation, and scheduling.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating complex technological issues.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in technical decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional partnership.
