Description

You will lead the development of the V1.0 platform and build the company MVP using AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend and frontend components for the entire application.
• Integrate AI models like ChatGPT and Claude for resume optimization, job matching, and compatibility scoring.
• Build responsive user interfaces for onboarding, dashboards, and history pages.
• Implement secure authentication mechanisms, including OAuth integrations with LinkedIn and Google.
• Maintain system performance, uptime, and technical documentation for system architecture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of full-stack web development experience.
• Proficiency in Node.js or Python.
• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience integrating APIs for LLMs such as ChatGPT and Claude.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with web scraping technologies and services.
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of security best practices, including data encryption and secure authentication.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ year in leadership roles or project management.
