Description

You will train large language models to improve generative AI code generation capabilities.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex coding problems to provide high-quality training data for AI models.
• Write test cases to verify that code functions efficiently and effectively.
• Compose human-readable summaries of various coding problems.
• Write technical explanations detailing how code solves problems and why specific approaches are sound.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, C, C++, C#, or HTML.
• Ability to describe code and abstract information clearly in written English.
• Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through platforms like Codeforces, Sphere Online Judge, or LeetCode.
• Complete fluency in the English language.
• 4 years of relevant engineering experience.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• Proficiency in additional languages including Swift, Ruby, Rust, Go, .NET, Matlab, PHP, Dart, R, Apex, or Shell.
