Description

You will own reporting and analysis for the Indirect channel to drive business intelligence and informed decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design research plans and generate insights to evaluate complex business issues and trends.
• Prepare monthly analysis of business trends, financial results, and Key Performance Indicators for management reviews.
• Perform sales and revenue analysis, including performance patterns, churn, and sales-to-revenue linkage.
• Develop financial analysis and forecasting for new business cases and program launches.
• Partner with operations, finance, marketing, and sales to determine KPIs and produce routine operational reports.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• 5+ years of hands-on SQL experience, preferably with advanced PL/SQL knowledge.
• High proficiency in Teradata SQL, Excel, and Access.
• Proven ability to perform transformations on large datasets from multiple platforms.
• Experience distilling insights from big data to make actionable business recommendations.
• Strong financial and business analysis skills.
• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multiple RDBMS including Oracle, Informix, Postgres, Teradata, or SQLServer.
• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications or telephony with a focus on B2B or enterprise customer management.
