You will provide reporting, tracking, and trend analysis to support operational effectiveness.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Produce meaningful analysis using data warehouses like Teradata via SQL.
• Design, implement, and maintain user-friendly databases to meet reporting requirements.
• Automate queries and production reports to minimize manual effort and streamline workflows.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all requests, data parameters, and reports.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and represent the department on various committees.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in reporting and analytics.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL programming.
• 3+ years of experience using database software to manipulate data and generate reports.
• Proficiency with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
• Experience working with Teradata and data warehouses.
• Experience managing PC and mainframe databases.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including spreadsheets and graphing.
• Strong statistical analysis skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in managed care statistical analysis, including routine and ad hoc trending of focused populations.
