Description

You will consolidate and communicate program progress, test results, and schedule data for internal and external stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate multiple schedules and product test results into single views for bridge reporting.
• Report program progress, lifecycle test results, and ops trial feedback to stakeholders.
• Identify data inaccuracies or incompleteness and follow up with Product Owners and Integration Test Leads to resolve them.
• Design and generate reports with appropriate graphical representations to enhance leadership visibility.
• Create clear documentation for program timelines, schedules, and test results.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in JIRA, including using JQL to extract filtered data for defect tracking.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for data manipulation and presentation.
• Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Ability to use Confluence to create clear information pages.
• Strong analytical skills to identify misalignments and work with POs to resolve issues.
• Visual design skills to select appropriate data representations for executive audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SharePoint Server/SharePoint Services.
• Experience with test management software such as TestRail or Zephyr.
• Experience in software development, manufacturing, or large-scale integration programs.
