You will own the end-to-end reporting lifecycle, translating complex healthcare data into actionable business insights.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics.
• Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to support decision-making.
• Create data visualizations and summaries for stakeholders and management.
• Identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies within datasets.
• Automate and optimize reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in a Reporting Analyst or Data Analyst role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of healthcare data, including Eligibility, Claims processing, Reimbursements, and Benefits Configuration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex insights clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing.
