Description

You will support business execution activities for the Chief Operating Office by implementing data engineering solutions to manage banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Data Strategy, Smart Automation, Insight Generation, Data Quality, and Reporting using analytical techniques.
• Enable proactive issue detection, escalation workflows, and policy alignment through comprehensive monitoring.
• Interface between business and technology partners to digitalize data collection and define validation rules.
• Build Data Strategy by identifying product processors and creating Data Lake, Data Pipeline, and Governance frameworks.
• Develop and execute analytics strategy covering Data Ingestion, Reporting centralization, and consistency for legal requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Transformation Solution Design roles.
• Proven track record in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Solution Architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with PySpark.
• Familiarity with Data Management and Business Intelligence.
• Skills in Tableau and SAS.
• Experience in Process Automation.
