Description

You will design and implement data engineering solutions to support business execution for the Chief Operating Office, focusing on banking operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data strategy, smart automation, insight generation, and reporting using analytical techniques.
• Build data strategy by identifying product processors and creating Data Lake, Data Pipeline, and Governance frameworks.
• Enable proactive issue detection and escalation workflows through comprehensive monitoring and policy alignment.
• Interface with business and technology partners to digitalize data collection and define validation rules.
• Develop and execute analytics strategy covering data ingestion, reporting centralization, and legal compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Transformation Solution Design roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with PySpark.
• Proven track record in Data Engineering and Solution Architecture.
• Experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.
• Skills in Tableau and SAS.
• Experience in Data Management and Process Automation.
