You build reporting systems and automation pipelines to drive operational efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and analyze data from diverse sources to identify business trends and insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and regular reports for stakeholders using Tableau and SQL.
• Identify manual processes and develop automated solutions using Python and PySpark to streamline operations.
• Present findings and recommendations to management, explaining complex data clearly.
• Ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot reporting systems, and maintain data governance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, or Automation roles.
• Proficiency in Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with Python and PySpark for data processing and automation scripting.
• Proven track record in developing reports and implementing automation solutions.
• Ability to work with large, complex, and unstructured datasets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying AI or Gen AI solutions in partnership with Tech and Business teams.
• Familiarity with SAS, Power BI, or R.
• Knowledge of banking operations, regulatory requirements, or fraud analytics.
