Description

You will support the ETS Encryption Program through data analytics, reporting, and program administration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to determine key metrics and drive data-driven insights.
• Produce report materials and presentation content tailored for senior audiences.
• Collaborate with developers to build and manage automated reporting solutions.
• Track scoped work packages and deliverables using JIRA and Kanban boards.
• Manage risks, issues, and actions to ensure closure and support process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in data analysis and metric determination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project, Teams, and OneNote.
• Experience using JIRA and Kanban boards for task organization.
• Ability to manage document repositories using SharePoint or Teams.
• Proven experience in project management and tracking deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Structured approach to problem-solving and task completion.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Financial Services and a Technology function.
