Description

You will design, build, and maintain reporting solutions and ETL processes for global risk applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain multifaceted T-SQL and SSIS-based ETL processes and data flows.
• Develop and support reports within VB.NET reporting applications.
• Upgrade existing ETL frameworks and SSIS Script Tasks from SQL Server 2008 to SQL Server 2016.
• Manage SQL Server Agent jobs, logins, and security while automating reporting processes.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and document defects for project managers and business leads.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of overall business experience, including at least 4 years in reporting and SQL development.
• 3+ years of experience working with SSIS.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and RDBMS management.
• Strong T-SQL development skills, including complex data structures, indexes, stored procedures, cursors, and dynamic SQL.
• Experience with performance tuning and database management.
• Proficiency in VB.NET and Visual Basic for application support and ETL script tasks.
• Ability to reverse engineer existing ETL processes and VB.NET applications.
• Bachelor's degree.
