Description

Act as a cross-organisational intelligence provider, aggregating data to translate findings into actionable insights for strategic and tactical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Enable periodic and ad-hoc reporting to support management teams and business operations.
• Support the continuous development of the BR&C Insights Tower digital product.
• Drive the digitalisation journey by moving processes from rule-based to risk-based using data and analytics.
• Collaborate with Group Digital and BR&C specialists to improve data quality and promote a data-driven culture.
• Manage data-related queries and coordinate the development of digital products.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in digital product development, data management, and handling data-related queries.
• Proven experience with data visualization software and applications.
• Experience driving digital changes within changing environments.
• Ability to compile, organize, and analyze large volumes of data for business intelligence.
• Training in information technology, business information management, or an equivalent field.
• Strong understanding of digital technology, infrastructure, services, and steering frameworks.
• Degree or equivalent educational background.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the risk and compliance field.
