Description

You build and maintain enterprise reporting and observability solutions using Grafana.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer Grafana dashboards for metrics, logs, and time-series data.
• Integrate Grafana with data sources including Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Splunk, and SQL databases.
• Write and optimize queries (SQL, PromQL) for backend data sources.
• Configure alerts, thresholds, and SLA/SLO dashboards.
• Manage security, access control, and role-based dashboard permissions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in IT Operations, SRE, or Platform teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with Grafana dashboard development.
• Proficiency in SQL, PromQL, and query optimization.
• Experience with Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Splunk, and SQL databases.
• Working knowledge of Linux and enterprise infrastructure.
• Understanding of monitoring, observability, and time-series data.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
