Description

You will design, implement, and maintain reporting solutions and dashboards for the NC FAST Case Management System.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and identify reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document reporting solutions and dashboards.
• Develop ETL processes, report queries, and necessary supporting data structures.
• Enhance existing reports to ensure they meet evolving business metrics and needs.
• Perform data extraction and validation to ensure the quality and integrity of extracts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in report development and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Oracle and Oracle Utilities.
• Strong experience with PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools.
• Knowledge of Relational Database modeling.
• Experience with structured system development methodologies.
• Ability to interpret business requirements to devise diagnostic and tracking data solutions.
• Experience using Power BI, Business Objects, or BIRT.
• Experience developing user-friendly dashboards using Tableau.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CuraM software.
• Experience with AWS cloud.
