Description

You will design, code, and maintain enterprise reporting solutions for the Case Management System, ensuring data integrity and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to design and implement mid-to-high complexity reporting solutions.
• Develop complex SQL queries against large tables containing CLOBs and XML data structures.
• Write PL/SQL scripts and build relational database models to support reporting needs.
• Build, maintain, and enhance ETL batch jobs and data extracts using Business Objects or BIRT.
• Perform validation and audit strategies to ensure extract quality and support a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with PL/SQL scripting and relational database modeling.
• 5+ years of experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Business Objects or BIRT.
• 5+ years of experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
• 5+ years of experience with structured system development methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, Oracle Utilities, and ETL tools.
• Ability to organize and follow complex technical procedures.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of Data Warehouse experience.
• 2+ years of experience developing dashboards with Power BI and Azure Synapse.
