Lead technical implementation and ensure engineering excellence from design through to production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define coding standards, architecture patterns, and best practices for the team.
• Promote reusability by adopting shared services and reusable components.
• Own production stability, including incident handling, monitoring, and testing.
• Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines for efficient builds and deployments.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with product owners to align on business goals.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software development and system architecture.
• Strong expertise in Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, and Kafka.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL database modeling and implementation.
• Experience balancing hands-on coding with technical leadership.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML in enterprise solutions.
• Knowledge of NodeJS and UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Svelte.
• Understanding of the insurance or reinsurance domain.
