Description

You will conduct technical experiments and maintain laboratory or pilot plant equipment in Navi Mumbai.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Set up reactor assemblies and experimental setups to execute tests.
• Perform sample preparation and synthesis at a laboratory scale.
• Conduct structural, textural, and mechanical characterization using XRD, Physisorption/chemisorption, TPD, microscopy, thermal analyzers, IR/UV-Visible spectrometers, GC, and HPLC.
• Maintain equipment usage logs, reactor upkeep, and records for spares and consumables.
• Follow HSE procedures and MSDS guidelines to ensure safe handling of chemicals and tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an industrial chemical laboratory or QA/QC laboratory.
• Proficiency in analytical techniques and instrumentation.
• Ability to interpret MSDS to mitigate experimental hazards.
• Practical experience with reactor assemblies and pilot plant operations.
• Knowledge of environmental, site, statutory, and IP regulations.
• Experience with laboratory housekeeping and safety compliance.
