You will lead the implementation of responsible AI principles across various business units and customer-facing offerings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build trustworthy AI systems.
• Design and lead experiments to implement Responsible AI principles and best practices.
• Develop governance structures and training programs to promote organization-wide adoption of AI ethics.
• Contribute to scientific publications in top ML conferences and journals.
• Integrate latest research trends and tools into existing business processes.

Required Skills

• PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Technical expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Statistics.
• Experience with Responsible AI frameworks and technical implementation tools.
• Hands-on experience with techniques to identify data quality and bias.
• Experience building explainable and interpretable AI systems.
• Proficiency in testing techniques to evaluate bias and trustworthiness in deployed AI.
• Proven ability to publish research in top ML conferences or journals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Generative AI and its integration with AI Ethics.
• Experience in knowledge dissemination and conducting training sessions.
