Description

Conduct laboratory research in Cambridge, focusing on mammalian cell culture and molecular biology assays.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute mammalian cell culture workflows, including aseptic technique, culture optimization, and cryopreservation.
• Design and implement biological experiments and validation methods.
• Perform protein quantification and various in vitro cell assays.
• Analyze experimental data to support research objectives.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular/Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant laboratory work experience.
• Expertise in aseptic technique and cell counting.
• Hands-on experience with Western blotting and ELISA.
• Proficiency in MSD and protein quantification.
• Experience with transfection and lentiviral transductions.
• Technical skill in siRNA, shRNA, and CRISPR applications.
• Competency in qPCR and viability assays.
• Strong background in experimental design and data analysis.
