Description

You will lead the discovery of targeted protein degradation drugs for hematology and solid tumor oncology projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and troubleshoot experiments in molecular biology, cell biochemistry, and assay development.
• Utilize disease models to design target validation studies, supporting SAR, mechanism of action, and biomarker selection.
• Contribute to computational analyses using internal and public datasets to drive target prioritization.
• Maintain accurate written reports and present findings to research leadership and project teams.
• Support lab operations, including liquid nitrogen cell database maintenance and site compliance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in drug discovery environments.
• Extensive experience designing and analyzing compound effects using multi-parameter flow cytometry, IncuCyte, Western blot, and ELISA/MSD.
• Proficiency in functional assays including cytotoxicity, cell cycle, and apoptosis.
• Hands-on mammalian cell culture experience using primary, single, or co-culture models.
• Experience with genetic manipulation techniques such as CRISPR RNP nucleofection or lentiviral transduction.
• Proficiency with data analysis programs including FlowJo, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and GraphPad Prism.
• Strong background in tumor biology and the ubiquitin-proteasome system (UPS).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with 3D/organoid solid tumor models.
• Experience with HTS screening and automation instruments.
