Description

You serve as an on-site HPE subject matter expert, providing daily technical support and infrastructure management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine network checks and monitor tasks to identify potential issues.
• Support customer migrations, integrations, and project execution across all lifecycle phases.
• Manage and update technical documentation and operational processes.
• Collaborate with customer support teams and stakeholders to resolve cases and execute projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a related technical field.
• Deep knowledge of HPE Aruba product portfolio: Switching, Routing, AOS8, AOS10, Wireless AP/IAP, Controllers, and SD-WAN.
• Hands-on experience with Aruba Central, AirWave, ClearPass, Meridian, and User Experience Insight.
• Strong background in pure networking including LAN, WAN, and WLAN.
• Wireless expertise covering site surveys and wireless design.
• Proven ability in root cause analysis and problem detection.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
