Description

You will provide on-site technical support for Contracted Network Elements to maintain network performance and troubleshoot core network issues.

Responsibilities

• Respond to provisioning support requests on the Production Core.
• Track device testing progress to plan provisioning activities.
• Assist with device provisioning and troubleshoot Production Core Network issues.
• Participate in the diagnosis and remediation of network issues involving defined CNEs.
• Advise on and implement improvements to the provisioning process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering or support roles.
• Experience with the design, deployment, and support of LTE, VoLTE, VoWiFi, and 5GC networks and call flows.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills in IP, Unix, or Linux environments.
• Proficiency using network analyzers and tools to resolve network-related issues.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, routing/switching, network security, and Network Management.
• Hands-on experience with DNS, Radius, LDAP, MAP, Diameter, Policy Control, and Charging.
• Programming and scripting proficiency in C/C++, Unix Shell Script, Perl, Java, or Python.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Virtualization, and Cloud technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a customer support environment.
