Description

You will lead data strategy and platform design as a Resident Solutions Architect, owning the end-to-end delivery of complex data engineering projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data platforms and solutions across multiple projects.
• Deliver complex data engineering initiatives from concept through production deployment.
• Apply distributed computing expertise to solve large-scale data challenges.
• Maintain current knowledge of Databricks product features and platform capabilities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience, including 9+ in data engineering, data platforms, and analytics.
• Deep expertise in at least one major cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Extensive experience with Spark, including knowledge of Spark runtime internals.
• Hands-on development experience with Databricks across 6-8+ delivered projects.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD practices for production deployments.
• Working knowledge of MLOps principles.
• Familiarity with performance and scalability optimizations.

Preferred Skills

• Completion of Data Engineering Professional certification.
