Description

You will drive revenue growth by identifying new clients and managing technical sales cycles within designated regions.

Responsibilities

• Identify new clients and generate leads through cold calling to expand market presence.
• Develop long-term client relationships by interpreting technical requirements and providing pre-sales assistance.
• Negotiate tender and contract terms to balance client needs with company objectives.
• Calculate client quotations, manage accounts, and close orders.
• Provide technical product education, training, and after-sales support services.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in technical sales or engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS systems.
• Experience presenting automation solutions involving PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS.
• Technical understanding of networking and field instruments including TT, LT, FT, and PT.
• Proven ability in lead generation, negotiation, and order closing.
• Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Rockwell systems.
• Background in handling pharmaceutical clients.
